User/Customer agrees that by authorizing repair charges, they are agreeing to any estimate given, along with any necessary parts and material. User/Customer agrees that they will not hold Aftermath Performance LLC/Aftermath Mobile Mechanics or its authorized mobile mechanics liable for any theft, loss of articles, damage caused whether it be directly or indirectly related to the car repair work performed. It is further agreed that the customer may not hold Aftermath Performance LLC/Aftermath Mobile Mechanics or its authorized mobile mechanics liable for any delays due to inclement weather, force majeure, logistics, supply chain or transportation.
Furthermore, as the user/customer is the authorized approver, they grant Aftermath Performance LLC/Aftermath Mobile Mechanics and its authorized mobile mechanics permission to operate the vehicle on streets, highways or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection of the vehicle. User/Customer hereby acknowledges that an express garagemen’s/mechanic’s lien is automatically placed while their vehicle is being repaired in order to secure the amount of repairs thereto.

Before authorizing any automotive repair services, customer does have the right to be informed of what auto repairs will be and what associated costs will be. Aftermath Performance LLC/Aftermath Mobile Mechanics and/or its authorized mobile mechanics will always ask for express approval from the customer prior to performing any auto repair services. If the total amount for such auto repairs does exceed a previous authorized amount, prior approval to work being completed, user/customer will need to authorize such.
